Columbia Business School Club of Spain and London Business School Spain Alumni Club are pleased to invite you to the dinner and debate to be held with Dr. Francisco Vázquez-Grande, Principal Economist of the Federal Reserve of the United States, who will cover the topic “The instruments of the monetary policy 10 years after the great recession".
A mathematician from Madrid's Universidad Autónoma, MBA and PhD from Booth School of Business (University of Chicago), Francisco serves at the Federal Reserve since 2010. He will provide us with a most insightful perspective on the role of this key economic institution at times of crisis, as well as at the present times when the world faces the challenge of maintaining a sustained economic groth amid a context of global commercial disputes and rising interest rates (a brief biography is shown below).
