Annual General Meeting & Elections

Come celebrate the eighth CBS 'Worldwide Alumni Club Event' together with over 75 CBS Alumni Clubs around the world. This occasion is a unique opportunity to stay connected with your university and keep up with fellow alumni. Meredith Trivedi from CBS External Relations will be coming for this special even to update us on all the recent news from our Alma Mater.

For this macro event, we will have the privilege to see two outstandingly creative short films, courtesy of Disney, celebrate the Club’s Annual General Meeting including elections for a new board and enjoy our now traditional Wine & Cheese Reception with a spectacular choice of cheeses and a great selection of fine wines.

The event will be organized as follows. Please be seated in the Disney theater before 8:00 pm:

7:30 pm: Welcome to participants and guests.

8:00 pm: Projection of “Paperman”, a romantic comedy short film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios in 2012, which won the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film.

8:15 pm: Annual General Meeting of the CBS Club of Spain (including elections for a new board).

8:45 pm: Projection of “Destino” a unique short film that began production in 1945, as a collaboration between Walt Disney and Spanish painter Salvador Dali, and which was later completed and released by Disney in 2003.

9:00 pm:  Private Wine & Cheese Reception.

- Dues-paying members and their spouses/companions, 2013 and 2014 graduates: Free

- All Other CBS Alumni: € 25/person for participating in the Wine & Cheese Reception or free if you register as a member and pay the 50€ annual fee. Please make a transfer to the CBS Club of Spain's account at Bankinter ES05 0128 0073 6405 0000 1197 specifying “Your full name(s) - CBS Wine & Cheese 2014".
